This is a perceived loss of productivity. If a customer is managing Windows 10 Devices using AirWatch, and they want to be able to install the Office365 apps natively, the installation process can take anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour depending on the network connectivity etc. Install MS Office 365 icons with AirWatch It is highly recommend to make the display level 'Full' so you can see whats happening as well as specific a log path so you can easily troubleshoot installation issue.
